In the event of class cancellation, a message from the Faith Formation Office is phoned into CallingPost and digitally recorded. CallingPost then places calls to all phone numbers registered in our CallingPost account.

When you or your answering machine answers you will hear a brief computer-generated announcement followed by the actual message recorded by the Faith Formation Office. The message will repeat once. 

If CallingPost does not receive an answer the system will try a total of 13 times.

The success of this service is predicated on the Faith Formation Office having accurate home and emergency numbers that will reach a “live” person, answering machine or voice mail. The Faith Formation Office will not take responsibility for CallingPost calls not successfully delivered.

You may register as many numbers as you would like. For example, you may want to include home, office, cell phone, a neighbor, etc. The numbers will never be shared or sold.

If you would like to sign up for CallingPost, the cost is $2.00 per child to register one phone number, additional numbers may be registered at $1.00 each.

N.B. For the future, it is our hope to utilize CallingPost service, the Faith Formation Office may utilize CallingPost as a reminder service for sacramental meetings or other significant Faith Formation events.
